ANNA MAY has been a California real estate licensed professional for 18 years. She started her career in the field of real estate in 1991 and worked as a loan agent when she earned top performer awards as the youngest loan agent in the office at that time. Shortly thereafter she joined Rickshaw Restaurants Inc. and sold franchises, handled commercial leasing as well as all aspects of marketing, franchise agreements, franchisee selection, site selection, restaurant design & construction, etc.

Anna has earned several achievement awards and accolades over the years for her professional and civic involvement. In addition to being recognized as a top producing agent, she was featured in the coveted East Bay Business Times "40 Under 40" shortly after being voted "Best Real Estate Agent" in the Daily Review reader's choice poll. 

Anna has also been an active member of the community. In June 2008, she was elected to Hayward's City Council and is the youngest woman and first Asian candidate to ever win a Hayward City Council election. She is a past-president of the Rotary Club and has traveled all over the world for both her work and for her Rotary involvement. Her community involvement extends to her hosting the Comcast show "Impact" where she moderates on a number of different topics affecting our communities. Currently, she is a Commissioner for the Housing Authority of the County of Alameda.

Her overall business experiences and accomplishments enable her to offer her clients a wealth of creativity along with strong business ethics. With conversational language skills in both Mandarin and Spanish, she works with many competent vendors and consultants who can assist clients in all aspects of their real estate transactions; financing, appraisals, inspection companies, escrow and title companies, home improvement, attorneys, accountants/financial planning, etc.
