One Response to “Single Family Home Values vs. School Test Scores: Correlation?”

This said by a former client who moved out of California into Arizona:

“One of the top ten reasons while looking for a new home, was a good school district. In my opinion, families who are looking for a higher education for the children, tend to set high standard for themselves. Thus, making the neighborhood in which they live, more palatable to those searching for that new home. My consept; Good parents, Good school district, Good children, Good grades, Good neighborhood.”
